Why Should I create an online profile?
- When you create an online account with partiestoo.com, you are merely creating an online profile with us. It allows you to view our products, and group them in your shopping cart for the purpose of submitting quote requests. This allows you to estimate costs for your event(s), along with some other useful features too. You are not making an actual purchase or reservation, and we will not bombard you with unwanted marketing.
What size tent do I need, and do I need a permit?

Where are you located?
- We have one location in Boone, North Carolina. Addresses, directions, and contact information are listed here.
How far in advance should I reserve the equipment I need for my event?
- We recommend you make your reservation as soon as you know the details of your event. Details such as, date, venue, # of people, and specific items you may want. These items are not guaranteed until you pay your deposit and get them reserved. We recommend you reserve your highest guest count and reduce as we get closer to your date. We need final count 2 weeks before your event. A general rule is to reserve 1 year in advance for large events. 6 months is safe, depending on the time of year.
What if I have an emergency after hours and need to contact someone?
- If you have an emergency after hours you can call the store you rented from and they will have a number for you to call to get assistance. We are on call 24hrs a day.
Do I need to clean the rentals before returning?
- We ask that you wash any dishes or food service items (popcorn poppers, cotton candy, etc.) before returning. Linens please shake off any debris and fold them before returning.
If I rent items for a Saturday event, how many days rent do I have to pay?
- Most party items are a Friday to Monday one day rental.
Can I change my order once I’ve placed it without being penalized?
- Yes -you can make final count changes up to 2 weeks before your event. If you cancel your tent then you would forfeit a portion of your deposit depending on the date of cancellation.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
- All reservations require a deposit. Please review our policies page for more detail.
